While The Kardashians star, Kylie Jenner, expressed earlier in the current season that it is hard to be constantly criticized, she hasn’t let it slow her down. However, as she continues to show events in her life, some critics spot it is increasingly getting harder for Kylie to smile. Some believe it is even painful when she tries to laugh with her “Botox” tight face.

Although many of The Kardashians fans are eager to see Kylie Jenner and Timothee Chalamet get closer, others fixate on her looks. But Kylie has been letting her hair down and enjoying a fun trip with BFF, Stassie Karanikolaou. Undeniably, when the two get together they have a great time. Both Kylie and Stassie have been keeping fans up to date with their travels in Italy. During the vacation, they seemingly are having the time of their lives. From taste-testing Crumbl cookies to traveling abroad, they never seem to have a dull moment when they are with each other.
While dining with Stassie, they laugh and let loose over a few signature gold martinis. But some critics spot that although Kylie is trying to smile she looks like she is in pain during some of the pictures and videos.

As Kylie Jenner and Stassie Karanikolaou showed their time in Venice, some people became very concerned for Kylie. During their trip, they took pictures and videos they posted on Instagram and TikTok for fans to see the exciting time they were having. Undeniably, they were having fun enjoying themselves in the hotel room with a few before-dinner drinks. Then, they loaded into a boat to sip a few more martinis on the way.
While the ladies were enjoying dinner on July 19, Stassie took a video of Kylie making faces after a few drinks. Undoubtedly, enjoying several gold martinis they were having a fantastic time. But fans notice that Kylie’s smile is strained each time she tries to grin or laugh. Near the end of the clip, Kylie’s face seemed too tight to show off her expressions. But critics had plenty to say about what is perceived as “trying too hard.”
Critics Notice The Painful Expressions
After the video was posted of Kylie Jenner and Stassie Karanikolaou giggling over dinner, some viewers left comments.
- “Her face looks so tight,” referring to the strain on Kylie’s skin.
- “Why is she always forcing being super happy and all this positive personality does anyone else like she’s trying too hard? I mean take a break! We get it your face is still capable of showing expressions.”
- “She can’t smile with the normal muscles due to Botox, so she smiles using the muscled on the sides of her nose. That’s why she makes that face all the time.”
- “It looks like it physically hurts her to move any part of her face.”
- “The fact that she’s trying to scrunch her face up but got Botox to freeze her facial muscles so she can’t actually make this expression is comical.”
