Britney Spears Cryptic Post Subtly Mocks Justin Timberlake Arrest?
Justin Timberlake has been making headlines this week after his arrest in New York on Tuesday. Many fans expressed shock by the arrest. Some are even bringing up a long time ago when he seemingly told his ex, Britney Spears that she needed to stop drinking. She made a cryptic post that has fans speculating. Britney Spears Shares Cryptic Post After Justin Timberlake Arrest
Fans were shocked when news broke Tuesday that Justin Timberlake had been arrested in Sag Harbor, New York. He was taken to the police station where he was charged with driving while intoxicated. Police also issued citations for driving through a stop sign and also not staying in the correct lane of traffic.
Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake dated from 1999 to 2002. They have not been on the best of terms especially since she detailed their relationship in her memoir. She accused Justin of cheating on her multiple times as well as forcing her to have an abortion.
Many years ago, Justin also seemingly addressed her when he talked about needing someone to stop drinking. It seems now she may possibly be getting a little revenge. After Justin’s arrest in New York, she made a very cryptic Instagram post.
Her post featured two photos. The first is one of a cocktail. It was garnished with a maraschino cherry and had a yellow flower floating on top. The second photo was of her legs stretched out and sitting next to a pool.
Her caption really got everyone speculating it was a slam toward Justin. It read, “It’s the little things you know 🌷🌷!!!” She also posted photos of her in cocktail dresses. Britney said she was going to be playing in Vegas for a few days.

Britney disabled the comments to keep trolls from speculating what she may have been. This would not be the first time she has made cryptic posts to prove a point.
Justin’s Arrest
After Justin Timberlake’s arrest, he spent the night in jail. His arraignment occurred Tuesday morning. Justin arrived at the courthouse handcuffed with his hands in front of him. He left the courthouse with his attorney.
Justin will appear in court on July 26. If found guilty he could potentially spend a year in jail.
