‘Seeking Sister Wife’ Renewed For Season 6?
Has Seeking Sister Wife been renewed for Season 6? The Season 5 finale just aired on Sunday, May 26th but already, diehard fans want to know if the show will be back. So, what is known as of now, and will it be back? Keep reading for more details.
Seeking Sister Wife Renewed For Season 6?
Season 5 of Seeking Sister Wife just came to an end and nothing was set in stone for the current cast. Once again, Garrick and Dannielle Merrifield were left shattered by their Brazilian fiancee. Nathalia Lima sent production a video message with a bunch of allegations against Garrick. She claimed he wanted total submission from her. More so, she was hurt by the Merrifields courting Mariam while Nathalia was still in Brazil. So, she ended it as did Mariam but they did find a new Brazilian woman whom they are now engaged to. The Davis family is pursuing something with a new woman as Jasmine was not the one.
As for the other three couples, two met someone but it was still at the wishful thinking stage. Finally, the Sherwoods were optimistic that their person was out there. Recently, a Reddit thread was started to ask about the future of the show:
- So, I was a little confused by the season’s ending. They provided a text-on-screen memo about each couple and their status by the end of filming. Is it possible that this was a wrap for good? I was just curious if anyone knew. Has it been non-renewed? Renewed? Does anyone know for sure?
This is a common occurrence at the end of the Seeking Sister Wife season. Yet, did anyone have answers as to where the show was going?
- I would be very shocked if it’s not renewed. It looks like it cost like $5 to shoot I don’t see why not unless the numbers are abysmal.
- Don’t worry – I’m sure they will give us another season of absolutely nothing happening, and no progress on any of the stories.
What About The Ratings?
It appears that fans just expect Seeking Sister Wife to return even if it was not that exciting. As for ratings, it is the 5th most popular show on TLC. It has over half of a million viewers but it does not say if that accounts for streaming or watching at a later date and time. Though the network has not said anything just yet and probably won’t for some time, it seems likely it will come back. Now, per the timeline, if it does return, it will not be until late 2025. Season 4 ended in September 2022 with Season 5 starting in March 2024.
