As 1000-Lb Sisters fans have seen, Tammy Slaton and Amy Slaton have a big extended family. One of those family members that viewers have gotten to know over the years is Amanda Halterman. Much like the rest of the TLC cast, Amanda pulls no punches, and she is never afraid to speak her mind.

TLC Celeb Ghosted, What Did She Say?
Recently, Amanda Halterman took to social media to share some awful news about her love life. It seems Amanda was recently ghosted by the guy that she was seeing. She opened the clip by saying that this is the post she has “dreaded to make.”
According to her, she has not seen her guy since May 1. She told her 1000-lb Sisters followers that he “left to go see his family.” She added that her guy was supposed to be there in Kentucky to see her around the “24th or 25th” of May, but, she said he “never showed up.”
It seems Amanda Halterman did everything she could to get back in touch, including texting, calling, and even contacting some of RJ’s family members whom she had contact info for, to no avail. She also said she is back in Kentucky and officially “single” again and not ready to “mingle.” She even said that she isn’t sure she will ever be “the same after this.”

As 1000-lb Sisters fans know, just because you’re on television and in the public eye, it doesn’t mean you are immune to the struggles that a lot of regular people go through. This includes things like ghosting. In Amanda Halterman’s case, she seems to be dealing with the situation the best she can.
