In the video, Guy started with the camera pointed toward the ground. When he raised it, he showed off the popular bright red 1968 Camaro that the show’s fans have grown to love. However, he then shifted the camera to show his new addition to Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives.

It was a giant red firetruck. “So, Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives, we have the ’68 Camaro,’ Fieri said in the video. “And now we have the fire truck.” Fieri collects classic American vehicles. He said that this is “what we needed to add to the stable of cars.”

Guy then joked in the video that he now just needs someone to come teach him how to run all this. He called it the “Flavortown Fire Department” and finished by asking, “Who’s helping?”

Guy Fieri Fans Chime In On Firetruck

Hagar went to the comments of the post and wrote, “I know who to call now when I got a problem. You called the police when you’re in trouble you called the fire department when you need help.”

As for his fans, many wanted to help Fieri find the help he needed with the new purchase.

  • “Maybe go to the local volunteer department and ask if they want to help you out?”
  • “The Pioneer Woman! They have to have the training and supplies for their ranch!”
  • “Local Cali fire department to train you if you feed them, not really that hard”

There is a pretty good chance that Guy Fieri is joking. However, if not, there are plenty of fans offering their assistance.
