Vanderpump Rules star Tom Sandoval has revealed his buyout offer on the home he shares with ex, Ariana Madix. This has been an ongoing issue for all of Season 11 as to how they can remain under one roof. They have gone back and forth about how much the home is worth and who should have to leave. It is still unclear what is going on with Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix’s Valley Village dream home that they purchased in 2019. The hope was they would grow old there together. Unfortunately, that did not and would not happen after Sandoval had an affair with Rachel Leviss. Yet, Ariana did not have the funds to immediately leave right after the scandal broke. More so, she did not know why she had to be the one to exit the house that she loved just as much because Sandoval messed up. He claimed that he had made her a generous offer to buy her out of the home.
In the special Secrets Revealed episode, airing exclusively on Peacock, Sandoval is seen talking to his former assistant, Ann Maddox. He tells her that he offered Ariana $600K vash. More so, he said that was equal to them selling the house for $3.1 million. A Reddit thread was soon started as a fan did not understand this math at all:
- can anyone explain that boy math to me?!?!? How is $600,000 the equivalent to selling the house to $3.1 million??? Even if he is saying that is how much she would take home after splitting it and taking out taxes and fees (which is bs) she would still have to pay taxes on his “buy out”!!
Tom Sandoval then added that to make this happen, he would have to refinance the home. Ann asked him if he could afford the new mortgage payment on his own. He replied that he could, for about six to eight months.

So, fans are clearly over Sandoval and his antics with this home. It also made it abundantly clear why Ariana stayed put as long as she did.
