Stephen Huszar Reveals More Hallmark Mystery Series ‘The Jane Mysteries’ With Jodie Sweetin
Sleuthers who have been wondering what is happening with the new Hallmark Mystery series The Jane Mysteries just got an update. When Stephen Huszar was recently promoting his new Hallmark movie Everything Puppies, he revealed some really exciting news about this mystery series that stars Jodie Sweetin.

Jodie Sweetin’s Hallmark Mystery Series Is Coming Back!
On Saturday, Stephen Huszar spoke with US Magazine about The Jane Mysteries. He co-stars with Full House alum Jodie Sweetin. The big surprise is that they filmed four new movies in this Hallmark Mystery series. Huszar shared, “It’s gonna be exciting. We have a lot going on.” He also added, “There’s a lot of cool storylines.”
Jodie portrays Jane DaSilva, a torch singer who relocated to Paris and returns to the United States to take over her family’s foundation. It turns out that this is her late uncle’s non-profit detective agency. They secretly help vulnerable people and solve crimes.
Stephen Huszar portrays the dishy Detective John Cameron, who worked with her uncle and is there to help her solve these cases. Paris Jefferson portrays her Aunt Sadie, who has a dream wardrobe of glittery gowns from her stage past that Jane often borrows. Best of all, this series showcases Jodie’s sultry voice as she performs at nightclubs as she tries to solve cases. There is no other mystery series like it.
Jodie Sweetin And Stephen Huszar’s Characters Will Get Cozier
In the first mystery, Inheritance Lost, Jane and the Detective meet. There is no doubt that they both find the other very attractive, this was just the first movie. However, Huszar promises that they “fire up the chemistry.” With four new movies, it sounds like there could be some scorching romance. Therefore, fans should notice that this Hallmark Mystery has turned up the heat.
Most of all, Huszar shares “We’ve had a lot of fun shooting it.” He adds, “Jodie’ absolutely amazing to work with.” Most of all, the year-long break between filming the first movie and this quartet of movies was not an issue. “We hit It off so well on the first one. She’s such a lovely human being and such an incredible actor.” Best of all, there was that great Hallmark filming experience. We connected on a lot of levels and the crew and, actually some of the other cast as well, I’ve worked with quite a bit before. They’re basically family to me.”
Although the fan-favorite does not have a premiere date for the next movie, he promises that there will be lots of new Hallmark Mystery movies coming out soon.
The Jane Mysteries Are Based On K.K. Beck’s Novels
Jodie Sweetin and Stephen Huszar’s Hallmark series The Jane Mysteries is based on the K.K. Beck books. However, there are only four titles in the series. They are: A Hopeless Case, Amateur Night, Electric City, and Cold Smoked. Since there are four new Hallmark Mystery movies coming out, that would mean one of these will be a totally original romance. There will likely not be any new ones as the last book in the series came out in 1995, nearly 30 years ago.
