AliceJean suffered from a botched lap-band removal, which resulted in her six belly buttons. The Botched Bariatrics star was also suffering from constant pain, rash, and hernia issues. AliceJean had a difficult childhood. It was revealed that she was the largest child in their neighbourhood when she was younger and was often looked down upon.
She even spent the entire senior year preparing for the prom, but nobody asked her. She became a mother in high school. But her life took a devastating turn when her daughter passed away at the age of two. AliceJean also went through a divorce and came to a point where she just wanted to eat herself to death.
Did AliceJean Got Treated?
During the second episode, multiple specialists helped to treat AliceJean. It was discovered that the hernia was playing a significant role in her pain. Due to this, they had to cut off excess skin in order for them to locate the hernia, which was eventually repaired. Dr. Yasir Khan also said that things would’ve been worse if the hernia had been left untreated. The Botched Bariatrics star’s extra belly buttons were also removed, boosting her confidence back.
Botched Bariatrics: How’s AliceJean Today?
AliceJean’s ended her episode with a smile on her face. But just like the other patients on the show, the Botched Bariatrics star is not as active on social media. It’s unclear what she’s up to today, especially now that she no longer has a husband. But AliceJean left the show with a big smile on her face, and fans can only hope that she’s doing much better today.
