Excitement is brewing over Season 21 of The Bachelorette. ABC shared a sneak peek at Jenn Tran’s historic season. The first promo from the season teases that the former Bachelor contestant is in power now. Are you ready to find out more?

Jenn Tran’s Season Already Facing Controversy

Jenn first captured our hearts on Season 28 of The Bachelor, where she made a memorable entrance in a go-cart and quickly became a fan favorite. Although her time with Joey Graziadei ended in heartbreak during week 7, viewers hadn’t seen the last of this charismatic and lovable contestant.

When Jenn was announced as the first Asian American Bachelorette, the news sent shockwaves of excitement through the Bachelor Nation community. This historic moment marked a long-overdue milestone for the franchise. But some fans weren’t happy with the choice.

Bachelor Nation fans were rooting for Daisy Kent or Maria Georgas as the next Bachelorette. Both were offered the role but neither of them wanted to do it. Many fans feel let down that Jenn Tran is seemingly the network’s third choice.

But Jenn Tran is the next Bachelorette and ABC is fully behind her. They just dropped the first look at her season.

The wait is over, Bachelor Nation! Jenn Tran’s first Bachelorette promo has finally arrived, and it’s everything fans hoped for and more. The tagline “The power is in her hands” couldn’t be more fitting. Jenn is in the driver’s seat, ready to take control of her love story and find her happily ever after.

In one of the most elaborate promos in years, Jenn Tran finds herself in the claw of a toy machine. But instead of scooping up toys, the claw grabs a rose instead. The promo makes it clear that Jenn Tran is in control now.

She is further breaking the mold by not filming at the iconic Bachelor Mansion. Instead, Season 21 is taking a fresh approach and filming mostly overseas. Viewers will have to wait to see what this means for the show’s format and dynamics.

Jenn’s journey to find love will begin airing on ABC on Monday, July 8, at 8 p.m. Eastern, with Jesse Palmer returning as host. The power is indeed in her hands, and we can’t wait to see what she does with it.
