During the After The Final Rose special in March, Rachel Nance shocked host Jesse Palmer by recounting the amount of race-based hate she got from Bachelor Nation fans online. Joey Graziadei showed his support by reaching out across the couch for a hug. Both Jesse and Joey apologized and reprimanded viewers. How is Rachel Nance doing now?
She spoke to E News! during a recent AAPI Heritage Month Celebration and gave an update on the situation. “I’m doing better. It was sort of rough after the show immediately, but I’ve been able to go home and visit family,” Rachel said.
The reality star did admit that it was “very frustrating” to get those kind of messages in 2024.
She revealed that she’s gone back to her normal life and nursing career, though promised fans they would “see more” of her soon. Does her normal life include Joey Graziadei and his now-fiance Kelsey Anderson?
Rachel Nance Shares Update On Relationship With Joey Graziadei
Rachel Nance hoped to find love with Joey Graziadei on Season 28 of The Bachelor. She was one of the final three, alongside Daisy Kent and Kelsey Anderson. Despite early spoilers indicating Daisy was his final choice, it was actually Kelsey Anderson.
Joey proposed to Kelsey on the season finale. While they plan a long engagement, they have already made big moves together, such as living in New York City for the summer.
The couple seem determined to have as much fun as they can before settling down and getting married. That fun also included his ex, Rachel Nance.
She told E! News that she was “so cool” with Joey and Kelsey. So cool that they all hung out at the Stagecoach Festival last month in California. “We were having the best time,” she said.
Rachel added, “Love them—they’re so happy and I just wish them the best.”
It’s not surprising that Joey Graziadei and Kelsey Anderson are friends with his ex. The couple recently joined Charity Lawson, Dotun Olubeko, Zach Shallcross, and Kaity Biggar on a couples vacation to Hawaii.
