After Garrison passed away, his roommates confirmed he had a drinking problem. They knew he had been drinking the night he passed away. Now, the autopsy report confirms the TLC star had a significant amount of alcohol in his system when he died.

“The report notes a contributing factor in his death was ethanol intoxication, otherwise known as alcohol poisoning,” PEOPLE noted. “Per the autopsy, Garrison’s blood alcohol level was .307% based on his iliac blood analysis and .370% based on his vitreous analysis. (The legal limit in the U.S. is .08% and anything above .40% is considered potentially fatal.)”

  1. I believe when anyone passes away Star or not it should be treated with respect and dignity. This poor family is grieving and instead of privacy we have got magazines and newspapers and gossip papers reporting all kinds of stories. People we need to lift this family up in prayer and stand with them in love and not support the media and stuff like this.

    1. You are so right.
I can’t imagine the pain that the whole family is going through.
As the saying goes, if you can’t say anything nice, then don’t say anything at all.

Sending love and continued prayers to Janelle, Cody and all the family.
