As a bonus, he picked one of the biggest nights in all of country music to show off all of his hard work.

Son Of A Sinner Singer Not Afraid To Put In The Work

Ahead of the 2024 Academy of Country Music Awards, Jelly Roll showed up to a red-carpet event. At the event, his weight loss was noticeable. It’s commonplace for nominees to show up to red carpet events leading up to the big ceremony. In Jelly Roll’s case, he showed up considerably lighter.

According to Jelly, he has dropped more than 70 pounds so far on his weight loss journey, and the results are already showing in a big way. As far as some of the things that have worked for him and helped him slim down, he shared a few of his secrets as well.

Jelly Roll said: “I’ve been really kicking a**, man. I’m doing two to three miles a day, four to six days a week.” The singer went on, adding: “I’m doing 20 to 30 minutes in the sauna, six minutes in a cold plunge every day. I’m eating healthy right now.”

Jelly even said that his goal is to lose an additional 100 pounds. This is a major undertaking. However, it may not be long before he achieves this goal.

Jelly Roll Hoping To Win Big At The 2024 ACM Awards

While Jelly Roll is winning when it comes to his slimming journey, he also hopes to clean up at the 2024 ACM Awards as well. This year’s ceremony takes place on Thursday, May 16, and it can be seen live on Prime Video.

The ceremony will be held in The Ford Center at The Star in Frisco, Texas. The big night will also be hosted by country legend Reba McEntire.

One of the awards Jelly Roll is up for this year is Entertainer of the Year. Jelly has some stiff competition, with the likes of Chris Stapleton and Luke Combs also up for it. Whether Jelly Roll wins or not, he is winning at life. He has a slimmer figure, and potentially new hardware to boot.
