The alternative could be that she used too much Ozempic, which can have bad side effects. Kris Jenner fans snark that she seems to be melting away from too much filler use. The Kardashians Season 5 Drops Bombshell Bad Health News
In the trailer for Season 5, Hulu fans saw that the “momager” arrived home after a medical checkup. She didn’t look unwell as she emerged from her car. However, once she got inside and gathered the family, she dropped some serious news about what the doctors discovered. The news made everyone feel very upset.
Kris Jenner’s boyfriend, Corey Gamble broke down sobbing, while Kendall tried to make her feel better with a hug. Khloe looked stunned, and Kylie cried. When she told them the news, Kris said matter-of-factly:
I had my scan, they found a cyst and a little tumor.

As she hadn’t previously said anything about a tumor or a cyst publically, it’s not clear if she’s been treated or if they were benign. Kim Kardashian, who posted the trailer on Twitter, didn’t elaborate. She said in the caption:

As the Hulu trailer shows The Kardashians family hadn’t yet welcomed Kourtney’s son, Rocky, so her scan might have taken place during the fall.
