Counting On alum Joy-Anna Duggar Forsyth is back with a worrying update about her mental health. The 26-year-old mom previously shared her struggles with postpartum depression. In addition to that, her son, Gideon, also got sick during their recent river adventures, leaving her emotional. Until recently, the ninth Duggar child opened up about reaching a breaking point. Counting On: Joy-Anna Duggar Opens Up About Postpartum Battle

Joy-Anna previously took to YouTube to share their river adventures with some of Austin’s family. But later in the video, the Counting On alum opened up about her postpartum depression. She revealed that her postpartum depression today is much harder than her past two births, and it has affected her emotional, physical, and mental health.

She even admitted to seeking help by getting into counseling and having her bloodwork done. Things also got more emotional when she had to send her son, Gideon, to a doctor after having difficulties breathing. Fortunately, they were told that it was only some kind of pollen allergy and he’d eventually get better.

Joy-Anna Talks Mental Health, Reaches A Breaking Point

Joy-Anna Duggar Forsyth recently uploaded another YouTube video where she answers several fan questions. One of them is about how she’s feeling today. According to the former Counting On star, she’s doing a lot better compared to the last few months. Austin’s wife revealed that she was low on Vitamin D and she didn’t realize how much it could affect her. The mother of three later said that living a healthy lifestyle helped her regain her strength. But she doesn’t deny the fact that she has reached a breaking point.

She felt that God placed her in a difficult situation, to the point where she was so frustrated. However, she remained strong in her faith and believed that it was God’s way to make her work on her spiritual life. She ended her statement by saying she’s at a place where she just talks to God about her problems.

Counting On: Joy-Anna Duggar Continues To Stay Positive

Despite all the mental challenges, Joy-Anna continues to stay positive online. The Counting On alum caught the attention of many after uploading a clip of herself showing off some skin while endorsing bodysuits. According to some, Joy-Anna looks gorgeous and glowing in the video. Austin even appeared in the clip to compliment her.

Aside from her endorsements, Joy-Anna Duggar Forsyth also left many in awe after sharing an adorable clip of her son, Gideon, speaking fluently in Spanish. She’s also been a proud mother since Gideon was able to read his first book after his speech therapy.
