Bringing Up Bates: Trace Bates Shares Future Workout Buddy
One of the latest updates from Trace was his IG post with Ryker. According to the Bringing Up Bates star, his son will be his future workout buddy. The two also left many fans in awe with their matching outfits. The 27-year-old has been enjoying his life as a dad. Earlier in April, Lydia uploaded a heartwarming clip of Trace and Ryker staring at each other.
“The way he looks at him, makes my heart melt every time,” she captioned. Some fans are also impressed with Trace’s parenting. The couple has been letting their son experience different things in life at a young age such as going to a beach and watching animals at the zoo.

In an IG Stories post, Trace shared a sweet clip of Ryker spending some quality time with James Duggar. “Uncle James in town,” the Bringing Up Bates star captioned. It’s a rare sight to see a Duggar visiting a member of the Bates family today. However, James is known for his outgoing personality and has gone to other countries without his parents.
It’s unclear what James is doing in Tennessee. He hasn’t been posting an update on his IG page, creating speculation that he’s currently courting. But it seems that James is just enjoying life at this point by visiting his friends and family.
Bringing Up Bates: Trace Bates’ Efforts For Grandparents
Aside from his kids, Trace also touched the hearts of many with his interactions with Mama Jane and Papa Bill. The Bringing Up Bates star recently paid a visit to his grandparents amid Papa Bill’s worrying condition. He’s been suffering from dementia and is starting to forget some of his grandkids.

Trace Bates didn’t waste any time chatting with his grandfather during their visit. Lydia even got emotional seeing her husband’s sincere love for his grandparents. “So sweet it’s hard not to cry watching him help his grandfather,” she said.
