Trace and Lydia recently took to YouTube to share their vacation in Florida. The Bringing Up Bates stars didn’t waste the opportunity to bring Ryker to the beach. The baby boy was very curious at first. But he later enjoyed the strong winds and began sitting on the sand.

This wasn’t the first time Trace and Lydia celebrated the first experience of their son. Last month, the married couple brought Ryker to a zoo. He got scared by the big animals. It even came to the point where Lydia began to question if they had made the right decision. But Ryker later enjoyed looking at different animals.

Trace & Lydia Share Ryler’s Big First

In a YouTube post, Trace and Lydia shared a 27-minute vlog featuring Ryker’s first haircut. Everything went well, despite several cries from Ryker. Trace even got himself a haircut to pair with his son. However, some Redditors have mixed reactions about the Bringing Up Bates stars’ decision. According to some, Ryker seems too young for a haircut, while others shared their experiences of having their baby’s hair cut at a younger age.

“What’s with rushing all the firsts?”
“It’s good to get them used to it. My son is 2 in a week and he’s had no less that 19 haircuts! His hair grows so fast (just like hubby’s and complete opposite of mine…. unfortunately for me!) The younger they are the quicker they get used to it and not be scared of it.”
