Maria Georgas Meets Her Bachelorette ‘Soul Sister’
Maria Georgas was one of the most controversial contestants on The Bachelor in recent years. She competed for Joey Graziadei’s heart in Season 28. Fans accused the stunning brunette bombshell of using her sexuality to snare Joey.
At one point in the season, she excused herself to “slip into something more comfortable,” only to return in a skin-baring outfit. The move didn’t go over well with the other women, but Joey seemed interested at the time.
He ultimately sent Maria home after the hometown dates. Some Bachelor Nation fans compared her to another outspoken Bachelor contestant who later became The Bachelorette, a gig that Maria Georgas reportedly turned down.
The Season 28 contestant took to her Instagram Story earlier this week to share a snapshot with Season 17 Bachelorette Katie Thurston. “My soul sister,” Maria wrote on the photo.
Katie Thurston famously gained attention when she brought a vibrator with her to Season 25 of The Bachelor and gave it to Matt James.

Maria Georgas is one of many Bachelor Nation stars attending the Stagecoach Festival in California this weekend. Tyler Cameron is also there after skipping Nick Viall’s wedding to Natalie Joy.
One Bachelor Nation fan took to Reddit to share a photo Tyler and Maria took together. “They look so good together,” they wrote.
The photo prompted brief speculation of a romance until another Redditor reminded fans that Tyler Cameron is rumored to have a girlfriend.
