While enjoying her time at Coachella’s Neon Carnival, Taylor Swift takes a minute to appreciate when one of her songs comes on. However, she wasn’t particularly ready for the remix’s creative freedoms to intermingle. Following the surprise, she reacts to Vanderpump Rules DJ James Kennedy’s version.
Taylor Swift Is Enjoying Herself At Coachella
While at Coachella, Taylor Swift was having a great time. At one point, she came in contact with The Real Housewives of New Jersey star, Teresa Giudice. On Instagram, Teresa’s husband, Louis “Louie” Ruelas chatted about their gathering, “Two absolute QUEENS, Taylor Swift and my stunning wife @teresagiudice 💖 #girlpower #queens #blessed #coachella #doitlive #vinivia.” Both Taylor and Teresa were there watching Ice Spice take the stage. Taylor was with good company: Travis Kelce, Sabrina Carpenter, and Barry Keoghan. When Ice Spice performed her take on Karma, Taylor was quick to cheer her on.
Taylor Swift Reacts To James Kennedy’s Remix
Although this isn’t the first time Taylor Swift has run across remixes or covers of her songs, it can sometimes be a surprise. While at Coachella’s Neon Carnival with her boyfriend and football stud, Travis Kelce, she reacts to Vanderpump Rules DJ James Kennedy’s rendition of her Cruel Summer song.
When a TikTok of Taylor surfaced on Monday, April 15, it was apparent that she was grooving to the song but abruptly was caught off guard by the creative liberties James took. Initially, Taylor was singing along and dancing to the nod to her popular track. However, when the chorus was introduced there was unexpected added bass and echoing. Undeniably, it was a shock and she stopped dead in her tracks. Then losing the hype she just sits staring blankly at the camera in disbelief. But she regroups and turns to talk to her friends instead.
James Kennedy Comments On The Look
On Monday, Vanderpump Rules star, James Kennedy, reshares the viral clip on his Instagram Story. He adds, “🤣🤣🩷 living for this.” Additionally, fans were there for it too. They see Taylor Swift’s involuntary reaction and love it.
