Relationship Expert Gives Opinion On Gerry And Theresa’s Split
A relationship expert recently gave her opinion on the divorce of Gerry Turner and Theresa Nist. She allows fans to get more of an insight as to why they were not able to work things out. Fans were shocked to hear the two split only three months after they stood at the altar. However, more information keeps coming out and it is allowing people to understand why things may not have worked out in their favor.
Relationship Expert Talks About Older Relationships
The relationship expert put older relationships into perspective.
“People in their 20s are looking for somebody really hot, and when you get older, you’re looking for somebody agreeable, I think we’ve learned that hot doesn’t always do the distance. And we’ve learned that compatibility, internal peace, comfort, and security are far more important, and what I love, love about The Golden Bachelor is that [the] group needs hope. We all need hope. We watch these things because we want a fairytale to come true at a time when you think there’s no options left on the table.”
It seems that she enjoys watching the show due to it not all being about looks like in other circumstances.
Why Gerry Turner And Theresa Nist Split
The two split and the expert gave her insight into why they may have split.
“simply dissolved the marriage because, in their mindset, they didn’t know there was another possibility, they gave an honest try. But why do we think that marriage means we must live together when the number one problem we’re experiencing is that we don’t want to be away from our families, and one of us would have to compromise, you might have noticed older people don’t like to compromise. We’ve done it our whole life. Now, this time is for us.”
It seems that Gerry Turner and Theresa Nist did not think they could stay married without living together, or that is not what they wanted.
It seems that the expert thinks it is mainly due to the lack of compromise in the relationship. It also may be due to them not thinking they could stay married and not live in the same place. However, Gerry and Theresa did not work out regardless. Fans are curious to see if either of them date again or call it quits in their love lives for good.
