Television viewers last saw Blake Moynes when he was searching for love again on Season 9 of Bachelor In Paradise. He made a connection with Jess Girod, but then Katie Thurston showed up on the beach. Seeing his ex ultimately led Blake to realize his romance with Jess wasn’t going to work out.
Amid rumors he was joining Jenn Tran’s season of The Bachelorette, Blake Moynes teased that he was keeping a secret from the world. He has yet to reveal what he’s hiding. But some fans expect the reality TV veteran to be a contestant on a competition show such as Survivor or Naked & Afraid.
Bachelorette Winner Admits To Secret Romance
Bachelor Nation fans are highly invested in Blake’s love life. Many have been clamoring for him to date BIP co-star and former Bachelorette Rachel Recchia. However, both insist they are just friends who both love to work with endangered animals.
But it turns out that Rachel isn’t the only woman Blake has connected with over animal conservation. He was a guest on the Out of The Pods podcast hosted by Love Is Blind stars Deepti Vempati and Natalie Lee.
During the chat, Blake and Natalie revealed the shocking news that they once had a secret romance. They briefly dated after meeting during an animal conservation trip to the Caribbean in 2022. While their romance fizzled out, the two are still close friends.
Natalie and Blake aren’t the first Love Is Blind and Bachelor Nation romantic pairing. Blake Horstmann and Season 1 Love Is Blind alum Giannina Gibelli welcomed their first child late last month.
Marriage Pact
Despite looking for his match on several dating shows, Blake Moynes remains single. Natalie Lee dated her Love Is Blind co-star Shayne Jensen, but they’ve since broken up.
Natalie confessed on the podcast that the two have a plan if they remain single too much longer. “Blake and I have a marriage pact. If I am not married by age 35, he said that we would have kids and get married,” she dished.
However, she added that 35 is rapidly approaching, so they may push the deadline back to 37.
