Amanda Bynes Concerns Fans Amid ‘Quiet On Set’ Release
Amanda Bynes has fans concerned for her well-being after the release of the Quiet On Set docuseries. The former Nickelodeon star has had several public breakdowns, starting with a series of run-ins with law enforcement that led to her being placed on a psychiatric hold. Now, her latest move on social media has fans worried. Keep reading to see why.
Amanda Bynes Remains Silent About Quiet On Set
The former child star first started struggling with her mental health in 2013. Since then, she has been diligently working on improving her life and keeping her mental health under control. She has hit several roadblocks on the way.
At one point, a fan encountered her on the street in Los Angeles. It was clear that Amanda Bynes needed help. She later called the authorities on herself and was placed on psychiatric hold again.
That being said, she has been trying to get her life on track. More recently, she launched her own podcast and has been keeping in touch with fans on social media. Bynes has been radio silent since the release of the explosive Quiet On Set: The Dark Side Of Kids TV documentary.
The series takes a look behind the scenes of Nickelodeon during the 1990s and early 2000s, a time when Amanda Bynes was extremely active on the network. Other child actors from the time have come forward in the docuseries to discuss the toxic work environment and sexual abuse they experienced at the hands of producers.
Due to her history of mental health problems, many people have wondered about Amanda Bynes’ experience at Nickelodeon. Specifically, people want to hear from her regarding her working relationship with Dan Schneider.
To the surprise of many, she has not publicly addressed the documentary or spoken out about her own experiences. Nonetheless, she has fans worried about her after her latest move on Instagram.
Nickelodeon Star Disappears From Instagram
Her Instagram page used to host at least a dozen photos of herself hanging out with friends and reels of content from her podcast. Now, her feed is completely empty.
There are still six Instagram Story categories that fans can view. One of them is labeled “I’m fat RN.” This section has a text slide that talks about her depression recently and how her mental health has led to her gaining weight. She also revealed that she has a goal to get down to 110 pounds from 162.
Fans have taken to other social media platforms to express their concern for the former Nickelodeon star. “Amanda Bynes completely cleared her Instagram, I just hope she’s ok,” one person wrote on X.
Many others have asked people to stop asking Amanda to speak out about Quiet On Set, as it could be “triggering” for her. Whatever the reason for her wiping her Instagram, fans hope she’s okay.
Producers announced a surprise fifth episode of the Quiet On Set series. It will air on the ID channel and be available to stream on Max on Friday, April 5.
