Bethenny Frankel Clarifies Punched In Face Incident
It recently came out that RHONY alum Bethenny Frankel had been punched in the face while out in New York City. Being a high-profile reality figure, anything can happen on any given day. Bethenny Frankel Clarifies Punched In Face Incident
Open up social media and Bethenny Frankel is eating, giving her opinion, showing her latest purchase, or making up a meal. She has also been spending her time with Reality Reckoning, trying to expose the wrongdoings of Bravo. This is in spite of the fact that she started on RHONY with absolutely nothing but a dream and exited in Season 3 with a successful brand. Bravo even gave her a wedding spinoff followed by another show of her own. Then, she returned to RHONY in Season 7 where she stayed through Season 11, giving the show credit for making her.
Recently, in the middle of her living her life and making TikTok videos, it came out that Frankel had been punched in the face. This is apparently something that has been happening regularly in the city. Now, the mogul and mother of one is opening up about exactly what happened. According to People, it was not a punch but more of a slap, she wanted to clarify that. “This is insane [because] this happened to me a few months ago but I was embarrassed to say. I was on the UWS [Upper West Side]. Insane. I was taking video of a bakery,” she noted in a comment section.

Bethenny Frankel went on to make a video and shared these details:
“I saw a woman talking about the fact that she had been punched in the face on the street. And I commented, ‘Oh my god, the same thing happened to me.’ I actually recorded my reaction to it that day, but felt embarrassed or weird to post it. Hit me is more [like it], it wasn’t like a closed fist.”
She explained that she had been apartment hunting but made a pitstop at a tiny local bakery. From there, Frankel was filming their delights, and as she exited, she was assaulted. She told her personal security who did approach the man but opted to forego anything more.
Staying Away
For Bethenny Frankel, that was enough to let her know it was not where she wanted to live in any capacity. However, she did acknowledge that she knows many people have wanted to punch her but that this has been a problem in NYC for some time. So, what was the reaction from those who saw her story?
