Mel B Slips Up: Will The Spice Girls Go On Tour Again?
Mel B might have let the cat out of the bag. The megastar singer walked off the stage of Hoda and Jenna, afraid she might say too much about the possibility of the Spice Girls going on tour together again. Not wanting to reveal too much, Mel B made the decision to walk away so she would not be tempted to share too much information about a possibility of a Spice Girls reunion tour.
The Walk Off
Mel B walked off the set of Hoda and Jenna. They had been discussing the possibility of the all-girl band getting back together for another tour. Mel B felt she had shared enough and left, afraid of revealing too much information.
“I can’t because I always get told off because I’m the blabbermouth.” Mel B stated when asked if a Spice Girls tour was in the works.
The member of the Spice Girls had previously appeared on Hoda and Jenna. Like in her latest appearance on the talk show, she teased about the possibility of another tour. Fans of the Spice Girls are no wondering if such a tour will actually take place.
What Did Mel B Think She Would Reveal?
The walk off could mean two different things. It could mean Mel B was going to spill the beans about a Spice Girls tour actually taking place. The walk off could also mean that a tour was not going to happen.
“You know, we are working — I think I said this to you before, us five are working on something that’s going to be announced soon,” Mel B. stated, referring to her previous visit this past January. It was during that visit to the talk show when she said “actually going to be releasing some really good news in about a few weeks that involves all five of us.”
Spice Girl Fans Are Excited
Fans of the Spice Girls are excited at the possibility of the supergroup going back on tour. For years, fans have waited for Mel B, Victoria Beckham, Emma Bunton, Melanie Chisholm and Geri Halliwell to get back together.
When Mel B. walked off the set of Hoda and Jenna, their hopes were either being realized or dashed to tiny bits. Seeing the “blabbermouth” of the group is doing what is necessary to stay silent, all the Spice Girl fans will just have to wait to see what additional information is released. Of course, they can all keep their fingers crossed that a tour will take place in the near future.
