Counting On: Jana Duggar Used To Update About The Family
Jana used to be one of the most active daughters of Jim Bob and Michelle on social media. There was once a time when fans referred to her as the “face” of the family due to the updates she shared online. Many also assumed that the former Counting On star was the one who managed the Duggar family’s official IG page, which may also be the reason why it became inactive when she stepped away online.
Fans Remember Jana After Two Years Of Online Absence
Some Redditors discussed some of the possible reasons behind Jana’s online absence. According to the poster, the Counting On alum hasn’t posted anything for two years. Some commenters think the controversies that the Duggar family faced following Josh Duggar’s CSAM arrest played a significant role in her decision to stay away from the limelight.
Meanwhile, others believe that it’s because of her child endangerment charges, which were filed against her in September 2021. Jana Duggar even made a public statement about it and said that she would prefer a “more private life.”

Joy-Anna also shared a vlog earlier this month featuring her sisters’ sleepover at her house, including Jana.
Jana Duggar was also rumored to be in a relationship with a pilot named Stephen Wissmann before her online disappearance. However, things suddenly became silent between them after Josh’s conviction.
