Carlin and Evan previously shared that they’re planning to build a pool in their yard, which would help the kids learn how to swim, especially Layla, who just enrolled in a swimming school. During their latest Q&A vlog, the Bringing Up Bates stars opened up about the progress of their project. According to Carlin, they had a pool guy check out their place to mark out everything. The married couple added that they want an in-ground pool and want to make it more kid-friendly. They also estimate that it would only take three weeks to finish.

Carlin Shares Future Baby Plans

During the same vlog, Carlin opened up about her plans to have more kids with Evan. According to the Bringing Up Bates star, she has no plans to have a child at the moment. However, she clarified that the doctors are not concerned about her condition, and they think having more kids is safe.

Carlin Bates Stewart previously revealed that she suffered from random seizures since giving birth to Zade. Due to this, her doctors had to restrict her from driving for almost two years. Some people also got worried for Carlin, as she may suffer from the condition again if she ever had more children.

Carlin also shared some updates about her family during the YouTube video. According to the Bringing Up Bates star, Evan wants to put their son, Zade, in golf. She also revealed that her son is on a waitlist for a swim class that his sister attends. The married couple added that Zade may not need any speech therapy at the moment and was told that the boy may start talking later.

Carlin Bates Stewart also revealed that Evan doesn’t have any plans to go back to being an electrician. He’s presently focusing on video and photo editing. The two later mentioned that they’re content with their house, though it may not be their forever home if they start to have more kids.
