She also expressed her excitement in a new vlog about enrolling her daughter, Layla, in a swim school. Bringing Up Bates: Carlin Bates Shares Returns To Driving & Kids’ Sick Day
Carlin has been actively uploading vlogs on her YouTube channel. On February 25, the Bringing Up Bates star documented her return to driving. According to the mother of two, she was finally cleared to drive again after not experiencing any signs of seizures for nine months. She also clarified that she’s been taking proper medications throughout her recovery.
Carlin also shared a vlog about her kids, who both got sick over the past few weeks. Fortunately, Layla and Zade quickly recovered and finally got to go out again.
Carlin Treats Evan Like A Princess
In an IG Stories post, Carlin shared that she’ll be driving Evan for the first time. The Bringing Up Bates star also gushed over how she’s going to make her husband the “passenger princess” this time around. “Letting him be the passenger princess for a change,” she said.
Moments later, Carlin Bates Stewart shared a heartwarming clip of Evan and their kids practicing how to pray. She also shared a silly story about Layla praying that Amazon was priming the balloons her dad ordered. Additionally, Evan’s wife revealed that she’ll be uploading a Q&A vlog next week.

Carlin also shared clips and pictures from Layla’s first day of swimming school. The 4-year-old appears to be a quick learner, as she gets to swim in the middle of the pool without her instructor during her first day. The Bringing Up Bates star also looked so proud watching her daughter learn important life skills.
Carlin Bates Stewart also mentioned in her latest vlog that Zade will take swimming classes when he’s at the right age. She’s also glad about how the swimming school is only five minutes away from their home.
