The moment Kathy Hilton made her entrance onto the reunion stage, Sutton Stracke started to shake. They then went into a montage about her and how Sutton had previous issues with her. This problem had been brought up after Kathy’s sister, Kyle Richards’ weed dinner. Kathy and Sutton apparently came to blows when Hilton did not feel she had been defended enough by Stracke in the press. There was also a comment made by Erika Jayne about how Kathy had so much power in Hollywood. She could exile people from parties and events which made Kathy laugh but Garcelle Beauvais, Crystal Kung Minkoff, and Sutton did like the prestige.
Host Andy Cohen was touching on the exiling people and then asked Erika who she thought feared Kathy. At the moment, Sutton suffered a medical emergency. It caused the medics to rush to her side. While this was happening, Kathy was on her phone, chuckling. It was being questioned if Sutton should leave and go rest. She then looked at Erika and said: “I was about to [go after her]. I think she knew it. It’s a good way to get out of being here.” Fans did not appreciate how cold she was, especially since they had been friends.

Kathy’s New Narrative
As seen on the show, Sutton Stracke was shown being taken away to the hospital per the advice of the medics. However, Kathy Hilton had previously shared that she and Sutton are neighbors. Therefore, she and Kyle Richards checked on her after the fact and made sure she went to the hospital. That was proven to be false. It looks like fans did feel that Kathy’s presence scared Sutton but the return reaction was unwelcomed.
