Bachelor Nation star Charity Lawson’s life has changed in huge ways in the last year alone. See why she’s celebrating one year since one of the biggest moments.

Was Getting Dumped The Best Thing To Happen To Charity Lawson?

Viewers first met Charity Lawson as a contestant on Season 27 of The Bachelor. She was one of 30 women vying for Zach Shallcross’s heart. Charity ended up in fourth place. Zach is still engaged to his final rose winner, Kaity Biggar. The two are planning to marry but aren’t in any rush.

Charity was named the next Bachelorette at Season 27’s Women Tell All special. Her season aired from June 2023 until late August and ended in an engagement. Despite online rumors, she’s still with Dotun Olubeko. Joey Graziadei was runner-up and later named Season 28 Bachelor lead. Will his season also conclude with an engagement? Fans will have to keep watching to find out.

Charity Lawson took to the dance floor after finding love on The Bachelorette. She was a contestant on Season 32 of Dancing With The Stars.

She Marks One Year Since Life-Changing Moment

Not only did Charity Lawson dance on national television, she joined the DWTS Live Tour for a handful of dates in February. She shared with her Instagram followers the happy reunion with her fiance.

The Bachelorette alum also shared a look back at the moment that changed her life a year ago. Dotun reposted it on his own social media.

The post is a photo of a bare-footed Charity sitting on a couch, smiling at the camera. She wrote, “Exactly a year ago, my life changed (thank God for the better [because] I met [Dotun] and got engaged.”

The snapshot shows the moment before Bachelor Nation host Jesse Palmer walked in and told Charity she was the next Bachelorette. “Not me having two weeks between this moment to collect my thoughts and feelings and start filming,” she added in the text.

There you have it – it’s been one year since she started filming the reality show that would introduce her to her future husband.
