Lala Kent Didn’t Care About Looks When Choosing Sperm Donor
Lala Kent recently announced that she was pregnant with her second baby. This was something Lala wanted badly, and she did it all on her own. She chose to do IUI treatments and was going to be a single mother. Kent has opened an outlet for other women to feel as though they can have a baby on their own. They do not need to be in a relationship with someone and can do it all on their own.
Lala Kent And Her Pregnancy Journey
Lala Kent has a daughter named Ocean who she shares with Randall Emmett. However, the two split up and Lala decided she wanted another baby. However, she did not want to wait for a man to come along and hopefully want to have a kid. So, she took matters into her own hands and decided she was going to start IUI treatments. Lala only had to go through one treatment before getting pregnant and she was ecstatic.
“I just could not fathom that I was having a second baby on try one. I thought I had a little bit more time to sink into like [becoming a mom again]. I really did. And even my fertility doctor was like, ‘I feel like this was just more of, like, a meet and greet.’ It’s like, ‘Hey, nice to meet you. Here you go. Bye!’ It was so fast.”
Looks Of Sperm Donor Did Not Matter
Kent did not care too much about the looks of her donor. She said it was the least of her concerns. There were questions Lala had about the donor, and she felt as though she connected to the one, she chose. The agency does allow the child to ask questions about their biological father when they turn 18 if they wish to do so.
“looks were probably the lowest on the totem pole for me, and I hate to say it, but I also didn’t need them to be extremely smart because I’m not.”

While Lala is pregnant with her second baby, she is ecstatic and feels lucky to have been able to get pregnant easily. While Kent is unsure how her secret did not get out before her post, she is grateful she could tell the world herself.
