Rachel Leviss may be gone from Vanderpump Rules but she is still very much lingering. She recently filed a lengthy lawsuit against Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix. It was due to him filming her on FaceTime without her consent. She is also alleging that he and Madix were using the video as revenge porn. Yet, as Madix stated on Scheana Shay’s podcast, she saw just a few clips of the video and it was deleted that same night. More so, when Leviss sent cease and desist letters to the show’s cast, Madix’s lawyer was on top of everything. However, there was more to the suit than just the video.
Leviss also alleged that her now ex-fiance, James Kennedy was toward her family dog, not clear if it was Graham or not. She stated that he erupted at Thanksgiving and proceeded to kick the dog four times. A Reddit thread was started to discuss this.

Rachel and James had struggled for some time due to his drinking then she gave him an ultimatum and he stopped. Yet, he still had an aggressive side and sent her vicious and abusive text messages when she went out drinking one night. They got engaged but called it off the same season. Many Vanderpump Rules fans have been waiting for this to come to light about James Kennedy. It had been alleged that he hit Kristen Doute but that was covered up. Additionally, it has been alleged Lisa Vanderpump is constantly protecting him and all of the men. That was one statement Rachel Leviss made on her podcast, Rachel Goes Rogue. Of course, some have watched Rachel lie throughout Season 10 with little to no remorse so they are not one hundred percent sold on this.
