Andy Cohen Disputes Cocaine Housewife Allegations
Andy Cohen is vehemently denying the cocaine allegations that were thrown at him via a housewife lawsuit. Former RHONY star, Leah McSweeney had a lot to say in her recent lawsuit which seemed inevitable. Yet, it was completely out of the blue the things that she accused Cohen of. So, how is he clapping back? Read on for more details.
Andy Cohen Disputes Cocaine Housewife Allegations
Leah McSweeney stepped onto the housewives scene during Season 12 of RHONY. She was very well received by fans for keeping it well, she was a single mother with her own brand and held nothing back. McSweeney returned for a controversial and lackluster Season 13 but had some personal traumas going on. Her grandmother was dying during a cast trip and she lashed out. It was not a good place for her and ultimately, when all was said and done, she ended up seeking psychiatric help.
Though she struggled personally with alcohol issues, she said this in her suit:
“defendants with the knowledge that Ms. McSweeney struggled with alcohol use disorder, colluded with her colleagues to pressure Ms. McSweeney to drink, retaliated against her when she wanted to stay sober, and intentionally failed to provide reasonable accommodations that would aid her efforts to stay sober and able to perform.”
Then, it was added that Andy Cohen did cocaine with fellow housewives and those who worked for him. More so, she tried to allude that those who partook ended up appearing better on their shows. Comedian Kathy Griffin later came out and claimed that Cohen had previously offered her cocaine, as well. So, what did Cohen have to say to these allegations?
According to Deadline, there is no truth to what Leah is saying. His rep said this: “the claims against Andy are completely false!” However, Cohen was just accused of sexual harassment by Brandi Glanville after she claimed he was going to be intimate with a fellow Bravoleb. Upon telling her this, he asked if she wanted to watch via FaceTime. He has since taken accountability for what he deemed to be a joke:
The video shows Kate Chastain and I very clearly joking to Brandi. It was absolutely meant in jest, and Brandi’s response clearly communicated she was in on the joke. That said, it was totally inappropriate and I apologize.

What’s Next?
It is unclear what kind of damage control Bravo will have to do for Andy Cohen after these allegations. This is not new as Bethenny Frankel has had her reality reckoning campaign which Leah McSweeney was a part of. So, what do the fans think? Some took to Twitter/X to express their feelings:
I would be more shocked if Andy Cohen DIDN’T do coke with the OG girlies #yeszaddy pic.twitter.com/WskeDCr0eo

Leah McSweeney also blamed her parents for her addictions before she got on Bravo. Is she suing them too? #bravotv #andycohen #RHONY

Finally, several Bravolebs have come to Andy’s defense so this is really going to have to play itself out. Do you think Andy Cohen did cocaine with housewives and more so, do you think it gave them a better edit? In the long run, does it matter if he partied with them and nothing happened in the editing process? Is this relevant to Leah’s case? Let us know all of your thoughts in the comments below.
