Meredith Marks Pays Tribute To Her RHOSLC Castmates
The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City is expected to return for another season. Bravo hasn’t officially confirmed an air date. Filming allegedly began filming earlier this month. PEOPLE magazine has reported that the four original cast members left – Meredith Marks, Lisa Barlow, Heather Gay, and Whitney Rose – will return for Season 5.
Additionally, Angie Katsenevas will return for her second season as a full-time housewife. Online gossip suggests that Mary Cosby got her snowflake back after appearing in Season 4 in a friend role. Monica Garcia won’t return for a second season after the shocking revelation that she runs a troll account against the RHOSLC ladies.
Original cast member Meredith Marks took to her Instagram ahead of Valentine’s Day to share a sweet tribute to her castmates.
“We may fight sometimes (or a lot 🤣), but we know when we need to be there for each other,” she wrote in a lengthy caption to an Instagram post that included throwback photos from Season 1.

Fans Guess Why Meredith Marks Doesn’t Drive
During her four years on the show, Meredith Marks has been open about her life, including her previous separation from her husband, Seth Marks.
However, one thing she hasn’t really addressed is why she never drives herself anywhere. Of course, Bravolebrities are often provided car services to events, but they drive their own cars to small gatherings and get-togethers.
But not Meredith. One curious fan took to Reddit to get to the bottom of the situation, asking, “Meredith mentioned this season she doesn’t drive. Anyone know why?”
One fan simply replied, “Meredith is a passenger princess and I love that for her.” However, other Redditors had theories about Meredith’s reluctance to get behind the wheel.
Another Bravoholic suggested the winter weather could be the reason. “Maybe she is scared to with the mountains and snow. I live in flat Texas and I would be so scared to drive in Utah,” they wrote. A reply to this theory reminded fans that Meredith Marks was in a scary car crash, which she mentioned on the show.

Quite a few comments alluded to alcohol or drugs being the reason behind Meredith’s no-driving rule. Here are some other theories RHOSLC fans shared:
- The room-ah on the street is she doesn’t like to drive.
- She lived in Chicago for years – I’m guessing they always used a driver or took cabs.
- Seth probably can drive. Chicago is also walkable with good public transit. trying to imagine if i could picture Meredith on the L
- She lived in NYC and Chicago mostly so I can see her not knowing how. Or she’s not comfortable driving in Utah. Which is understandable.
