Josie’s newborn son is Kelly Jo and Gil Bates’ 28th grandchild. The mother of three has yet to share the name of her newborn son. But fans can expect an update soon.

Kelly Jo wanted Josie Bates Balka’s third child to be a girl. But she also can’t express how happy she is that her daughter finally has a baby boy. Some of Josie’s siblings and in-laws also visited her at the hospital, though Gil remains out of sight during the heartwarming moment.
