Dorit Kemsley Shares Reasoning Behind Kyle Richards Divide
Dorit Kemsley is sharing the reasoning behind the divide between her and her RHOBH co-star, Kyle Richards. The two have been best friends for years and became even closer this season. It seemed they had a common bond as their marriages were in limbo. Yet, some issues came up and they fell out. Now, Dorit is sharing her side. Read on for more details.

Season 13 of RHOBH was hard because the elephant in the room was Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky’s marital problems. Prior to the season starting, it came out that they were separating, which they disputed. It had been rumored that Kyle was cheating with country singer, Morgan Wade. Eventually, Kyle and Mauricio did separate and he went on to DWTS where he got very close to his pro partner, Emma Slater. The new season of RHOBH premiered and it was clear this year would show their struggles. Just hours before the premiere, it came out that Dorit Kemsley and her husband, PK had split.
They had a rough season, as well and the two ladies admitted they leaned on each other. Then, Dorit saw how close Kyle had gotten to Morgan, them getting tattoos and such. Dorit began to feel she had to compete with this new friend. Ultimately, Kyle implied that her friendship with Dorit was exaggerated by Kemsley. Yes, they were close but she made it next level. Now, Dorit is having her say and it is a tad different. According to Reality Blurb!, the fashion designer feels her former bestie hid some things from her.

She discussed this at the People’s Choice Awards.
“Kyle and I definitely have some conversations and you know it’s necessary … when you’re close, it’s inevitable that you have some highs and some lows. This year was strange, both independently for us and also in our friendship, collectively, so yeah, it was inevitable, we had to have some, hash some things out. When you care about somebody, it’s not about knowing all the details, it’s about really feeling like they know they can always lean on you. You want to also defend, but when you don’t have the full picture and you don’t have a good understanding, it’s difficult. But you have to wait for your friends to open up and feel comfortable.”
Essentially, Dorit Kemsley felt that she did not know all that was transpiring between Kyle and Mauricio. So, it was hard for her to be there one hundred percent. However, she does feel that they will reconcile as good friends usually do.
The Rest Of The Gang
Dorit Kemsley has not had it easy with some of her other cast members including Garcelle Beauvais. The two go head to head at the RHOBH reunion. Dorit accused Garcelle of attacking her and that did not sit well. Garcelle brought it up repeatedly and it comes up again at the reunion. So, have things gotten better?
“I am always open to get past anything. I like Garcelle. I never saw us or felt us having an issue but you need two people to feel that way so my heart is always open to it, and it really depends on her.”
She is also doing much better in her marriage to PK despite his constant absence on the show. He spent so much time away in London but Dorit shared they are really great. Hopefully, that continues.
