Bachelor contestant Maria Georgas has quickly become a fan favorite on Joey Graziadei’s season of the show. She has begun to open up and share some difficult stories with him. One of those stories was that she and her mom were in a car accident when she was only one. A truck fell on their car. She was declared deceased but they were able to revive her. Her mom was critically injured as well. Now, Maria is sharing another dark time she has experienced in her life. Keep reading to find out more.
Maria Georgas Reveals Dark Time In Her Life
Maria Georgas went to TikTok to share more with her followers regarding the drama that has been happening on The Bachelor. Along with that, she shared more about the accident she was in with her mother. She said after the show aired her mom contacted her and gave her a newspaper that showed a photo from the horrible accident.
She is very thankful that they are both alive to tell their story. Maria fully believes it was a miracle.
This wasn’t the only bad thing Maria had been through in her life. She revealed that in 2018 she had another really bad car accident. Maria went on to say this situation put her into a really, really dark place.
When this happened she revealed feeling ugly and didn’t want to see her friends or family. It was a very bad time in her life. Luckily, her friends and family refused to let her stay in this dark place and they helped pull her out.
Maria encouraged anyone who feels like this to seek help and don’t go through it alone.

This Is Why She Chooses Positivity
Because of these hard times that Maria Georgas has faced, she chooses to be positive. Maria chooses to just be grateful for another day on earth. She went on to share that anything can happen and life can change in an instant so she tries to stay positive.
Maria also said that she doesn’t like to get involved in petty fights and doesn’t like to feel like she has to be on the defensive. She encouraged everyone to be nice to everyone they meet because you never know what they are going through.
