Carl Radke Regrets Brother’s Death Comparison
Summer House star Carl Radke is sharing his regret about making a comparison regarding his brother’s death. His brother, Curtis died in 2020 and that rocked his world. Yet, he had something else happen in his life and somehow compared the two. Now, he sees that was a mistake. Read on for more details.
Carl Radke Regrets Brother’s Death Comparison
Over the last several months, Carl Radke’s world has been shaken. As they were closing out filming the latest season of Summer House, he and his fiancee, Lindsay Hubbard called it quits. Not only were they set to get married in Mexico but they are also co-stars. Therefore, there was a lot to factor into the split. Would this impact how the filming went in terms of cameras going back up? After all, the season revolved around their wedding planning. Furthermore, they had guests who had reserved rooms and paid for tickets to the destination wedding. So, it was a lot to handle.
Carl took it upon himself to send out messages to guests and family members which did not sit well with Lindsay. She apparently did not approve of it all as they were supposed to do it together. BravoCon was a big event for the cast of Summer House as the show is set to return this week. While Carl was there, he compared his breakup with Lindsay to the death of his brother. Upon reflection, that was not a good analogy. According to Us Weekly, he further elaborated on how that was not the best thing to do.
“I made a comment at BravoCon about this breakup being harder than the passing of my brother, and that is not true. What I wanted to say was just [that] the public nature of all this, and the confusion around what’s been said and all the different back and forth, it is really, really hard when you go through a breakup in such a public way.”
Carl Radke, 39, added that he would give anything to get his brother back. Yet, reliving the breakup and what they went through toward the end of their relationship has not been easy at all.
I Wouldn’t Marry You
Carl Radke’s stepfather, Lou is seen telling him and Lindsay Hubbard that he would not marry the couple. That had to hurt both of them but they have moved on. Friends like Scheana Shay headed to Mexico and celebrated what would have been the couple’s wedding. Lindsay Hubbard has been seen out with Dustin Lynch and spent her wedding day with Johnny Bananas. She and Carl have texted since it ended but it has been very hard.
