Is Russ & Paola Mayfield’s Marriage Over?
Russ and Paola Mayfield debuted on 90 Day Fiance in Season 1 back in 2014. Married for about a decade, they often brought problems to TLC screens. In fact, fans saw them in spinoffs like Self-Quarantined, Ever After?, Pillow Talk, and more. However, they gave The Last Resort a miss. Now, fans wonder if their marriage is over.
Paola Mayfield & Russ Have Many Marriage Problems
In December 2021, rumors of a divorce got a reaction from the 90 Day Fiance stars manager, Dominique Enchinton. They did hit some bumps in the road, but he claimed they were not talking about divorce. Apparently, they took a bit of a break from each other. They seemed reluctant to permanently split because they have a son, Axel, aged five.
Paola Mayfield and Russ seemed to have survived, and in 2023, they were still together. She pursued a career in entertainment wrestling. Meanwhile, her husband worked as an engineer. But, he decided that voice-over acting might be a better choice for him. At one stage, they discussed adopting a child, but their relationship seemed rocky a lot of the time.
90 Day Fiance Stars Getting Divorced?
90 Day Fiance fans might remember a recent post from early February. At the time, it seemed that there was more trouble in Paradise. It came after she avoided saying too much about Russ. When she did mention her husband, it wasn’t sounding wonderful. While talking about their move to support his new career, she seemed a bit resentful and said, “We get tired of that sometimes.” So, divorce rumors started up again.
Late last week, InTouch Weekly checked in with Paola Mayfield’s manager, Dominique Enchinton. Once again, it sounds like they are avoiding taking that big final step of divorce. The outlet cited Dominique as saying:
Paola and Russ have not made any official decisions in regard to their marriage. They are continually making steps to work on their relationship.
Perhaps the couple separated again for a bit. On her Instagram profile page, Paola Mayfield didn’t share a post with Russ on Valentine’s Day this year. And, when someone spoke about being lonely on the special day, she replied, saying, “There is nothing wrong with being with ourselves. ❤️ 🙌❤️❤️.” The last time she shared a photo of her husband came in mid-December last year.
