Madina Alam found herself in the “dumbest fight” with Maria Georgas on the second episode of Season 28 of The Bachelor. Madina, 31, admitted to insecurity about being the oldest contestant on the show.

Maria innocently told her that she shouldn’t feel bad, but another contestant concluded that Maria was “belittling” Madina’s feelings. Madina and Maria squashed their beef, but the feud somehow kept going and ultimately ended up sending Madina home.

Now, the Bachelor contestant is ready to embrace the “best ex-girlfriend” label after her exit from the reality show. Keep reading for all the juicy details.

She Tried To Rise Above

Sydney Gordon and Maria continued the feud that started with Madina. When it came down to choosing between the two, Joey Graziadei chose to send Sydney home and keep Maria close… for now.

However, contestant Lea Cayanan was more than happy to take on the villain role. She called out Madina for not being upset enough about Sydney’s exit. “I don’t have to be mean to Maria because Sydney was my friend,” Madina said in response.

Despite trying to stay out of the drama, Madina didn’t get a rose during the second rose ceremony in Spain.

While Madina Alam didn’t necessarily play the villain role this season, a lot of fans were happy to see her leave. The mental health therapist took to her Instagram Story to embrace a label she would readily accept from Bachelor Nation fans.

She shared a photo over the weekend wearing a black t-shirt that branded her “World’s Best Ex-GF.”

“Can we coin it,” she wrote on the photo. “America’s favorite ex-girlfriend,” Madina joked, adding a bunch of emojis.

Since the post was on her Story, only she saw the reaction from her followers. However, she shared a controversial opinion in another post on her public feed.

“I am NOT a swifte,” she wrote, referring to the nickname for Taylor Swift fans.
