Erin Krakow Reveals She Is ‘Sad’
On Saturday, Erin Krakow shared a photo and an Instagram post that may concern Hearties. She shared a selfie, with the caption “That’s a wrap! Now I’m sad.” She has just completed filming her latest project.
What was she filming? That all depends on where she was filming. According to the In Production Vancouver site, two movies completed filming on Groundhog Day that sound like they could be Hallmark movies.
The first is the Peter Benson-directed movie Blind Date Book Club. The other that completed filming was the Paula Elle-directed movie Just In Time.
However, it seems that the movie Erin just filmed was Blind Date Book Club. Although Hallmark has not confirmed anything, there is a clue that did confirm that she was in this movie.
The first clue is a listing. According to IMDb, fellow When Calls The Heart star Johannah Newmarch stars in Blind Date Book Club. But, how does this relate to Erin? Her name is not listed in the IMDb listing. But, that often does not mean anything.
However, back on January 17, Erin posted on Instagram about her latest project. She shared a photo of the trailers and a bunch of snow. In addition, she wrote, “Back at it! ❄️🎬” In response, Johannah wrote, “YES! See you soon!!! 😍🙌❤️” Originally, it seemed that there was some sort of WCTH movie being made. But, not after that IMDb listing!
Again, this does not necessarily confirm that Erin and Johanna star in Blind Date Book Club, but it certainly all fits the timeline and these two clues. Besides, actor Mark Brandon who portrayed the Governor in WCTH Season 10, just posted a photo with Paula Elle, and with Candace Cameron Bure. Therefore, Just In Time is a Great American Family movie. CCB is the executive producer, while Paula Elle is the director.
So, that also seems to confirm Erin stars in Blind Date Book Club. What is this Hallmark movie about?

What Is Blind Date Book Club About?
Right now, it looks like WCTH star Erin Krakow is starring in the upcoming movie Blind Date Book Club. What is this movie about? The synopsis reads, “A Nantucket bookshop owner known for matching others finds connection with a bestselling author who visits her store.”
In addition, there are a few stars listed, particularly One Tree Hill alum Robert Buckley, who was last seen on Hallmark’s Chesapeake Shores. This solidifies that this movie is likely a Hallmark movie. Moreover, what seems to be the pairing of Erin Krakow and Robert Buckley is a dream mashup for Hearties and Chessies alike.
But, the listing does not share when Hallmark will premiere this movie. It seems likely that it will be after March, as the network only has a couple of movies listed for that month already.
