Tom Sandoval Offers Ariana Additional Million For Home
According to Tom Sandoval, he offered his ex-girlfriend, Ariana Madix an additional one million to leave their home. The exes and Vanderpump Rules co-stars are still sharing their Valley Village home. Yet, she wants him to sell it and split the profits evenly. He has other plans. Read on for more details.
Tom Sandoval Offers Ariana Additional Million For Home
When Tom Sandoval cheated on Ariana Madix with Rachel Leviss, they shared a home together. This was the closest thing to marriage they would probably ever get. Ariana had no desire to tie the knot but she loved Sandoval so much, she wanted to buy a house with him. In 2019, they purchased their house and attempted to start a new chapter which all came crashing down in March 2023. Neither wanted to leave the house so they had mediators helping them come and go. Usually, Sandoval used his assistant to do his dirty work.
For Ariana, she did not understand why she was the one who got cheated on and now, she had to pack up her life and move. In a clip, she is seen telling Katie Maloney that Sandoval made a horrid offer which she rejected. Now that Sandoval has been on Nick Viall’s podcast, The Viall Files, he is claiming what he did for Ariana. A Reddit thread was started to break down the episode for those who did not want to listen. Allegedly, Sandoval offered Ariana 3.1 million dollars for the house. They initially purchased it together for 2 million with each putting down 250K.
He has also long said that she has not paid a bill in the home for around eight months. Additionally, Tom Sandoval has done work on the home. Finally, he believes that, at this point, things are going so well for Ariana that she should just accept what he is offering. Maybe she just feels if she has to move, so should he? As aforementioned, Ariana Madix sued Sandoval so that he would be forced to sell the house. Then, they would split the money from the sale.
Should She Accept?
After seeing what Tom Sandoval offered Ariana Madix for the house, what did fellow Redditors think she should do? More so, did they believe him and that he had that kind of cash after nearly destroying his businesses and losing his mom’s 250K investment in his bar?

Listening to this made me feel like Tom Sandoval is not a well man. Like he seems to be in a spiral of sorts.
