The Counting On alum talked about how a mother should hand over their son to their woman when they get married. “I’m sorry to tell you, but you have to hand him over. My boy said to me, mom, she is my best friend, she’s going to be my wife, I’m supposed to cling to her, that’s biblical,” she added, suggesting that she doesn’t want Dillon to interfere with their son’s future. Amy Duggar has yet to share the reason behind her cryptic messages, making some fans wonder if she’s been struggling with her husband.

Amy’s IG Stories post about handing over her son to his wife also comes after she uploaded a puzzling clip of herself typing something on her laptop alone, suggesting that she hasn’t spent much time with her husband, Dillon. Some fans also asked her if she was writing a tell-all book. But the Counting On alum remained silent, though she captioned her clips with, “I’ve been busy lately… #newproject.”
It seems that Amy Duggar is still not done utilizing her TV fame. She has also been a supportive cousin to Jill, who recently had a podcast with Derick where they emphasized the contents of their book, “Counting The Cost.” The two still see each other today. But Jill made headlines after spending time with the Duggar family during Christmas last year, suggesting that she’s finally reconciling with them.
