Even though the straw that finally broke the camel’s back in this 90 Day Fiance relationship happened relatively recently, with Asuelu cheating on Kalani while back in Samoa, and Kalani falling for a guy that was only supposed to be her hall pass, these two had problems in their marriage for years.
From the moment Asuelu Pulaa landed in America in 90 Day Fiance Season 6 scenes, Kalani worried that being with Asuelu would be like having another child to take care of. In addition, Kalani was constantly taking shots at Asuelu and tearing him down.
Even though things didn’t come to a head in their relationship until the cheating scandal happened, the writing was on the wall for years. So, it wasn’t a complete shock when these two finally decided to call it quits for good.

Although it was only supposed to be a one-off encounter, Kalani Faagata fully moved on with her hall pass guy, Dallas Nuez. Even though the 90 Day Fiance celeb doesn’t post much about him on social media, her profile pic on Instagram is one where you can see half of his face in the pic.
In many ways, 90 Day Fiance fans don’t blame Kalani for moving on the way she did. After all, it was Asuelu who cheated first, at a time when the pair’s marriage was already rocky. Also, when you consider that Kalani lost her virginity to Asuelu, and that she had only been with him before Dallas, many of her followers support her branching out and going for someone new.

90 Day Fiance Pair Reunite, But What For?
With Kalani Faagata ditching Utah for California, and with Asuelu moving to Las Vegas, many 90 Day Fiance fans were curious how these two would co-parent their two young boys after everything that went down between them as a couple.
The good news is, Kalani and Asuelu recently reunited for a good cause, the sixth birthday of their oldest son, Oliver. Asuelu traveled to California to spend time with his boys, and spend time with his oldest son on his birthday.
The 90 Day Fiance celeb from Samoa told his followers that it’s “Not about me”. Rather, it’s “for these boys to have healthy life”. Asuelu also shared a bunch of pics with his sons, along with the hashtag “we are one”.

Along with that, Kalani shared updates to her social media story from the birthday reunion for their son. So, even after everything they have been through, it’s clear they are able to put their differences aside for the good of their children.
