TLC Caught Again, Thinks ’90 Day Diaries’ Fans Are Fools?

90 Day Diaries viewers like the show because the characters are familiar to them, but they also think that TLC and Sharp must think fans are fools. TLC has been caught out in the past and accused of fakery. So naturally, people feel as if their intelligence has been insulted. Read on to find out why fans are mocking the 90 Day Fiance production team.

90 Day Diaries Brings Back Jenny & Sumit  Singh

So many spinoffs for the show arrived that many fans just can’t keep up with all the characters. At one stage, fans cried out for TLC to lose the old faces and bring in the new. However, people now claim they like seeing the old folks because they know them well. So, there wasn’t a massive outcry when fans found out that Jenny Slatten and Sumit Singh would return.

90 Day Diaries fans grew upset with a scene from Jenny and Sumit’s segment. Usually, they like the show because it seems less contrived than The Single Life. Additionally, without as much editing done, it seems that there is less room for fakery. In fact, nothing infuriates TLC fans more than fake storylines. And now, they think they found more fakery which irks them a lot.

TLC And Sharp Try To Dupe Fans?

Taking to Reddit after a recent episode, an OP screen captured two pictures and shared them. Actually, it didn’t need much more than a title because the two photos told a story without further explanation.

In the top photo, the TLC intro assured 90 Day Fiance fans that “90 Day Diaries is entirely self-shot.” Additionally, it noted:

With no producers and no crew, individuals record their daily lives.

Meanwhile, the second photo revealed a segment from Jenny and Sumit Singh where the producer asked his mom and dad if they “accepted Jenny.”

Fans who watch 90 Day Diaries and other 90 Day Fiance shows took to the comments to discuss that TLC must think viewers are very stupid. They also talked about other aspects of filming.

  • 🤣 Not to mention the many different angles. Like how many personal cameras/phones did everyone have?
  • Or the camera all set up and filming as Tom walks out of the elevator.
  • Or the shot from inside Kimberly’s linen closet as she puts a towel in. Like she thought to do that.
  • I do believe the one that season during quarantine was self taped but there is no way this one is. Are we supposed to believe the people quickly set up a camera to catch them entering a room and then run back and act like they are walking into the room? The cameras and the angles are too clear and perfect. It is so weird that they are pushing the narrative that it is self taped.

What are your thoughts about TLC claiming all footage is self-shot, but Jenny and Sumit’s segment revealed a producer asking his mom and dad a question?
