Sister Wives: Kody Brown’s Behavior In Wedding Special
Kody caught many off-guard with his behavior during Christine’s wedding special. Many predicted that he would go all out, trying to blame the former third wife for the downfall of the Brown family. But instead, the Sister Wives star expressed how happy he is that his ex-wife finally found her soulmate. “I hope Christine gets her great day with her wedding. So if she’s doing something really wonderful, spectacular, and beautiful and David’s digging on her, good for them,” he added.
Kody Says He’s Bound Forever To Ex-Wives
Kody recently had an interview about how he’s moving forward following his nasty divorces. According to the Sister Wives star, forgiveness is one of the key factors for him to move on. He also hopes to have a continuous friendship with his exes as they’re bound forever due to their kids.
“You have to express understanding and hope that at the end of an era for us as a family, we still have hope of a friendship and a loving or kind relationship with each other in the future because we’re bound forever through our kids,” he said. It also appears that Kody Brown is looking more into the positive and said that he’s at a point where he would just forgive those who said bad things about him.
Sister Wives: Kody Brown Opens Up About His Mental Health
During the same interview, Kody discussed how he’s been handling his mental health. According to the Sister Wives star, the past few years have been “sad and challenging.” He also added working on his self-esteem as divorce destroyed his confidence.
The reality TV personality later said that he’s been able to get his confidence back by forgiving and loving himself. “I got to find that space of grace and love for myself as well. Be it really forgiving of simple things, like just being angry about what has happened. I want to forgive myself for that and move on,” he added.
