Bringing Up Bates star Alyssa Bates Webster is back with beautiful photos of her grandparents. The 29-year-old has been sharing positive updates about her family. Many fans have also commended the sixth Bates child for staying in touch with her grandparents and watching over them. Bringing Up Bates: Mama Jane & Papa Bill’s Condition
Mama Jane and Papa Bill have been making many people worry. It all began when Alyssa uploaded a vlog where she rushed to South Carolina to watch over her sick grandparents. The Bringing Up Bates star didn’t exactly share their illness. But Carlin later uploaded her own visit, where she showed Papa Bill’s dementia getting worse. He even forgot about Carlin, and she had to introduce herself again. Lydia and Trace also visited Mama Jane and Papa Bill in March. Trace also took his time bonding with his grandparents, leaving many fans in awe.
Alyssa Shares Beautiful Pictures With Grandparents
In an Instagram post, Alyssa Bates Webster shared beautiful pictures with Mama Jane and Papa Bill during her family’s visit in March. “Forgot to post these in March but wanted them to have a permanent spot on here. Grandparents/ Great-grandparents are THE BEST!” the Bringing Up Bates star captioned. Many were also glad to see Mama Jane and Papa Bill looking strong. One of the pictures even shows Alyssa walking with her grandfather in a parking lot.

Bringing Up Bates: Fans Worry For The Bates Kids’ Frequent Visits To Mama Jane & Papa Bill
Many fans are glad that Gil and Kelly Jo’s children are seemingly taking turns visiting their grandparents. However, some Bringing Up Bates fans on Reddit were worried that Mama Jane and Papa Bill may get exhausted and overwhelmed with all the visits they’ve been getting. But others mentioned that Papa Bill was having a hard time with a larger crowd, which may be the reason why the Bates kids are rotating to help out.
- “Papa Bill has some form of dementia and Mama Jane is struggling to take care of him. He has a hard time with large crowds, so I think they are rotating grandkids helping out.”
- “It seems like most of the kids (minus Lawson and Carlin) are useful when they visit. Given the amount of work it takes to maintain a farm, I’m sure Bill and Jane are grateful for the help. I think guests in small doses are perfect. They get to enjoy the company without being overwhelmed.”
