Peter Weber Joins Season 2 Of Popular Peacock Show

The Traitors has given Peacock one of its biggest hits. According to Variety, the Season 2 premiere is the most-watched reality series debut in the streamer’s short history.

Contestants on the reality show complete missions for a prize of $250,000. However, not all of them are working together. The cast is separated into Faithfuls and Traitors, with the Traitors trying to steal the money for themselves.

Each episode features two eliminations – the murder of a Faithful and the banishment of a suspected Traitor. While Season 1 had a mix of celebrities and civilians, Season 2 is all celebrities.

Many of them are reality show vets, but there’s also a member of the UK Parliament and several athletes.

Peter Weber is representing Bachelor Nation on Season 2 of Traitors. He’s infamous in the franchise for dating three of his Bachelor contestants.

Arie Luyendyk Still Bitter Over Traitors Loss?

Arie Luyendky was on the cusp of winning a good chunk of money on Season 1 of Traitors. Instead, he ended up quitting the show, leaving Survivor alum and traitor Cirie Fields as the winner.

Arie left the show before Cirie could out him as a traitor, which would have resulted in banishment. The Bachelor alum claims he left as a chivalrous move toward Cirie.

Is he still resentful, or have they made up? That’s what one Bachelor Nation fan wanted to know during a recent Instagram Q&A, asking Arie if he’s spoken to Cirie since the show.

Arie responded that no, they haven’t spoken. And it doesn’t sound like he plans to reach out. “She won it in a dirty way in my opinion,” he wrote in response to the question.

“If I would have won in the end then I would have left the game with a clear conscience,” he added.

Arie also claims “a lot” was left out of what happened.

The Instagram post ended up on Twitter and reality TV fans had a lot to say about it. Many agreed that Arie seemed bitter about the way he left the show.

  • him tagging her is crazy
  • Is the show not called The Traitors???
  • “she has to live with that” as if she should feel guilty lmao
  • She was playing as a traitor so what did he expect her to do? Scream that she was a traitor or not make any connections? She had to lie to win, it’s the nature of the game.
  • He’s one to talk about how people act in finales
  • wonder if he has a clear conscience about dumping his fiancee on television and proposing to his runner up, again on live tv ):
  • So he was fine taking money from the other finalists but when Cirie takes HIS money it’s a problem?

What do you think of Arie’s post about Traitors? Is he still bitter about losing? Share your thoughts in the comments.

New episodes of Season 2 drop every Thursday on Peacock.
