Could Mama June Be Headed To Jail Again?
In a preview for the newest season of Mama June Family Crisis, Honey Boo Boo and Mama June are seen having a huge fight filled with tears. A lot of shocking things were said and one of them was that Mama June may be going back to jail. What led to this?
Honey Boo Boo Has Some Struggles
Viewers know that Honey Boo Boo has had a hard time the last few years. Her mother June Shannon struggled with a long drug addiction. This led to Alana’s sister Lauryn Efird taking over custody of Alana. However, a lot of damage has been done by June and fans are unsure if their relationship could ever get back to the way it was. The Honey Boo Boo family recently suffered a devastating loss. They lost a sister and a daughter, Anna “Chickadee” Cardwell. Unfortunately, Anna lost her 10-month battle with cancer and left behind her husband and daughter. However, her 11-year-old daughter, Kaitlyn, is now living with June Shannon who is her grandma.
Why Would Mama June Go Back To Jail?
In the preview, Honey Boo Boo is seen yelling at her mother. During this argument, Alana accused her mother of stealing money from her and her sister. Unfortunately, this genuinely did not shock fans as June was far into drugs for a while and may not even remember it happening. Alana yelled at her mother:
“You don’t really give a f**k that you took our money! That’s the real problem!”
Where June responded:
“I used it in my drug addiction. Wooh!”
After, Alana looked at her stepfather and asked if he knew her mother had stolen money from her. June quickly spit back:
“It was not money stolen!”
After this was said, Alana quickly said she would put her mom back in jail.
“I mean, she’s my mother, but if I gotta put her in jail, I will.”
Will Alana put her mom back in jail to protect her and her family? Fans think it is possible.

It seems as though Alana Thompson will send her mother back to jail without hesitation. However, fans do not blame her. If June Shannon truly stole money from her daughters, they think Honey Boo Boo should do whatever she feels is best for her and her family.
