TLC Fans Roast David Woolley’s Daughter, Kati, As Fame-Thirsty
David Woolley has a daughter who was easy to find on social media because she’s very active, but Sister Wives fans think she should wind things down. Accusing Kati Charlene of being thirsty for fame, some TLC fans think she exaggerated her role in hooking her dad up with the reality TV star.
David Woolley Met Christine Brown Via A Dating App
Christine told her Sister Wives fans that she met David by using Stir, a dating website. Before that, she also tried using a matchmaker. However, some people suspected that the two families might have heard of each other because his father was strong in the LDS after he converted to Mormonism during the war. Well, it also turned out that Kati Charlene had definitely heard of the Brown family because she admitted to being a super fan of the Sister Wives show.
David Woolley, it turns out did go on Stir, but he wasn’t that keen on pursuing a date via an App. So, his daughter chased him to respond to Christine Brown. On Reddit, TLC fans discussed how spoilers from Part 2 of Christine’s wedding revealed Kati claiming that she was the driving force behind getting the two single adults to connect via the Dating App. Probably, she was involved, but critics think she’s making too much of it, and is all out for using her new step-mom to boost her popularity as a wanna-be influencer.
Kati Charlene Gets TLC Critics After Her Wedding Toast
The OP on Reddit wrote about what Kati said at the wedding :
Did anyone else think the story David’s daughter told was really strange? She targeted Christine and had her dad set up a profile after finding out Christine was single? But then David said or implied this was after Christine had messaged him, but it didn’t seem like it when she was telling the story originally. It seemed like she told him to get his profile out there to bait Christine. This gave me a different feeling about everything so I hope I got it mixed up. Anyone else’s hairs stand up when she told that story?
A lot of Sister Wives stars didn’t take to David Woolley’s daughter. So, in the comments, they roasted her.
- I think the daughter is way overstating her roll. Considering how behind the regular episodes are and when they actually announced they’re ’divorce’ vs when Christine moved I’ll take whatever Kati’s version of events is with a big grain of salt.
- I do think Kati needs to tone down the super fan stuff though, it’s uncomfortable.
- That one daughter of David’s is thirsty AF for attention. She started riding Christine’s coat tails the second C and D started dating (posting about it non stop) C didn’t look too impressed during that speech… there’s always gotta be one annoying in law right?!?
- That daughter has been eating up the limelight since her dad started dating Christine. Frankly, I don’t care for her…I think she is fame hungry for sure.

Once again, TLC fans felt that David Woolley’s daughter seemed too fame-hungry.
- David’s daughter’s speech was weird. But she seems like she’s trying to be an influencer so it makes sense she was excited about Christine.
- David’s daughter being a big FAN is kinda….. icky.
