Sister Wives Mykelti Brown Makes Shocking Decision
According to chatter on Reddit, Mykelti Brown Padron just announced she was “stepping back” from her LLR (LuLaRoe) business for the time being. Mykelti explained she needed to step back for the sake of her family and her mental health.
The OP of the Reddit thread added that Mykelti told her followers they didn’t need to worry, though. They could still follow her on Patreon to support her family and keep updated. The OP noted they were a bit confused as to why someone too overwhelmed to manage her LuLaRoe business would still encourage people to pay for a monthly subscription to a different service she provides.
so if you’re stepping back from a business for your mental health why push people to pay for a monthly subscription that you very much have to be a lot more personal able on and put more effort into….”
The OP clarified: “I don’t believe LLR should still be in business but i also just find the whole situation a little odd….. does anyone else?”
Overall, the OP just thought Mykelti Brown’s plan was flawed if she was worried about her mental health.
Other Sister Wives Fans Chime In
In a response upvoted nearly 1,000 times, one fan clarified what Mykelti meant. They noted Mykelti meant Patreon was more lucrative than LuLaRoe. And, she didn’t want to spend time juggling both jobs anymore.
One fan responded to the comment with concern. They hated the idea that Mykelti and Tony’s sole income appeared to be Patreon. What would they do when their family was no longer in the spotlight? Does Tony Padron have a job to help support his family?
Here’s what other fans had to say:
- “I feel like they’ve all stepped away from LLR at this point. I wonder if the doc about it has made business less profitable. The only one I’m not sure about is Meri. Is she still shilling that stuff?”
- “She should be careful . They are in their 15 min of fame. Who is going to be interested in the Browns much longer.”
- “In other words, her LLR business was hemorrhaging money.”
Overall, fans agreed her LLR business was dead. They, however, thought Mykelti and Tony needed to consider getting “real jobs” instead of milking the fandom.
Do you think Mykelti Brown decided to step back from LuLaRoe because she wasn’t making any money with it? Or, do you think she’s just doing so well at Patreon she doesn’t need it?
