Vanderpump Rules star Tom Sandoval has been sued by his ex-girlfriend and co-star, Ariana Madix. She wants him to sell the home they share together immediately. So, what exactly is going on in this lawsuit? Read on for more details.

Fans who have followed Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix know that they purchased their Valley Village home in 2019. They were so excited as this was as big of a commitment for Ariana as getting married. When Sandoval cheated on her with Rachel Leviss, things had to change. They needed a mediator so they could come and go amicably. Fortunately, Ariana had a plethora of opportunities and Sandoval was on tour with his band. However, as seen in the Vanderpump Rules Season 11 previews, there were some problems. Sandoval wanted to buy Ariana out of the home. He tried to lowball an offer and she declined.

More so, she did not think it was fair that he got to stay and she had to move all of her stuff. She had repeatedly said that she just wanted to sell the house and move on. Currently, Madix is in New York City until March starring as Roxie Hart in Chicago on Broadway. Yet, she still had time to sue Sandoval. According to TMZ, Ariana has asked for “partition by sale.” This means that Sandoval has to sell their home and divide the proceeds between the two of them.
However, Ariana Madix is adamant she does not want any “division in kind.” This refers to them keeping their individual ownership in the home. Furthermore, one could sell to a third party. This does make sense as Sandoval used the home as collateral for Schwartz & Sandy’s. That is the restaurant lounge he co-owns with Tom Schwartz but it was constantly delayed and took a major hit after ‘Scandoval.’

While Ariana Madix is thriving right now, Tom Sandoval is being attacked left and right. He was on vacation in Thailand when he visited a tiger zoo. There, he took a photo with a tiger but these are animals in captivity when they should be free. Fans went crazy on him as did Lala Kent and James Kennedy. Then, PETA came after him, as well. It is not a good time to be Sandoval but Vanderpump Rules does return on January 30th so let the drama ensue.
